We're Abrie and Lydia, we do full-time ministry in Townsville Australia, helping young people discover relationship with Christ, purpose, and practical ways to serve others.
A note from us
We want to help young people find their place in God's story.
We are Abrie and Lydia van Wijk, a young couple serving with YWAM Medical Ships in Townsville Australia. Together, we help create spaces where young people can belong, grow in faith, face fear with courage, discover their God-given purpose, and put compassion into action.
We love that our work means that we are dependent on the help of the body of Christ to cover us in prayer, partner with us financially, and stand with us in faith as we seek to further God's Kingdom by seeing this next generation changed by the radical love of Jesus.
